Our initial reaction when shown the new LG Chocolate phone speaks for itself. Our jaws dropped and we both proclaimed it’s the most beautiful phone we’ve ever seen! The sleek and stylish aesthetic goes hand in hand with our creative vision. Smart, clean design is of course exceptionally important to us and as soon as we saw the phone we knew it firmly ticked that box. It’s a completely new shape for a mobile phone. Long and lean lines make the phone really stand out and conveniently fit into a handbag.
More than ever, technology helps us create the Twenty8Twelve collection. We’re often in separate parts of the world so being connected using our mobile phones is essential. When out and about and seeking inspiration for designs, colours and fabrics, the phone’s 5MP camera allows us to take high quality photos which we can then instantly send to each other. You can zoom, change the brightness and edit images at a touch of the screen. In addition, clothes often have a completely different life when actually worn and in movement – the video recorder on the phone means we can film the items and easily share the footage with each other, watching it back on the phone’s impressive wide screen. We can also use the phone to film and review the catwalk run-throughs.
Internet access on the new LG Chocolate phone is exceptionally easy. The wide, horizontal screen means that web sites can be viewed in full. It’s like being on a computer - great for up dating Savannah’s blog or checking our emails. The display quality is fantastic as its so clear and sharp.
We love the phone’s interface. We were able to pick up how to use it instantly and enjoyed the noises it makes when sliding, touching and scrolling the touch screen. Being able to personalise the home screen is perfect for us – we can have our calendar there helping to keep us organised with our busy schedules, note reminders, different time zones and even the weather.
We both travel a lot and have found the LG Chocolate phone highly durable. We haven’t been able to add a scratch or scrape to the tempered glossy black finish.
